Sports users using the SportLoMo Software as a service platform must have their own terms and conditions, and are responsible for how they manage and share the data of their membership.
  2. Collecting personal information. SportLoMo does not share personal data or contact details.

5. International data transfers

  1. SportLoMo platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our infrastructure is hosted in ISO 9000 compliant data centers in Europe (Ireland and Germany). Data is retained in the EU and not stored or transferred outside the EU. SportLoMo does not share personal data or contact details.
  2. Clients can formally request for SportLoMo to store their data in their own country of origin. This is managed on a case by case basis.
  3. SportLoMo does not share personal data or contact details of our users but information such as results, scores, fixtures, (schedules) game stats that are in the public domain may be published to client websites, club websites, club portals, and social media.
  4. Personal information that you publish on our website or submit for publication on our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
  5. Retaining personal information
    1. SportLoMo does not share personal data or contact details.
    2. Personal information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
    3. We will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
      1. to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
