All fees and payments are deposited directly to the Club’s bank account
The bank account is in the Club’s name, funds go direct to your bank account. No delay or waiting period.
Setting up a Stripe.com payment account can be done easily from within Sportlomo. Stripe is fully integrated with SportLoMo.

SportLoMo also has a French / English 1st level support center in Ontario to answer payment queries.

A club can opt to absorb the Member’s processing fees.
If you wish your club can choose to pay National Governing body and Association affiliation fees, all in the one transaction (split payment). Only one transaction on the member’s card.
No finacial information is visible to SportLoMo or Clubs
No financial information (bank details, credit card information etc) is visible or stored by SportLomo. Neither Clubs nor Sportlomo see bank accounts/bank details of members. All finances are managed by our payments provider (stripe).
Automated Recipts. Payment receipts are sent out automatically
Payment receipts are sent out by email automatically on purchase of membership. The Club administrator has full visibility in realtime of any membership requests or purchases. Admin’s can choose to have an approval process switched on before accepting a new member.
Add your own Membership Types/Bundles, Run an Approval Proccess before accepting a member.
Add your own Membership Types / Create Membership Bundles / Set your own fees. SportLoMo assists in initial set up. But at anytime a club can add additional membership types (Adult / Underage / Family / Social Member etc).
Set and edit club fees. Set ‘From’ and ‘To’ date – when Membership will close automatically.
Add custom fields to a registration form. Specify what data is required from members (Set DOB as a required field for underage players, but it may be optional for Adult players (Club decides!).

be an active member in more than one club. e.g. members can coach in one club but play with another. There is an approval process in place from the Club and Province before confirming dual membership.
purchase a temporary membership or upgrade a membership to a premium package.
select the ‘Upgrade’ feature, allowing a member to upgrade. The system will automatically calculate and charge the differential between the original fee paid and the new membership fee. This is recorded against the member’s account.
Email and Text Notifications Module
Clubs can send email notifications to their membership database. Send individual notifications or send in-bulk to a distribution list.
Filter your members by club | member type | age | status (active / inactive / lapsed / Awaiting payment etc).
All the filters currently available when searching for members are also available in email notifications.
Club Management Reports, Import / export members and participants.
A wide selection of reports are available. Reports can be filtered and exported to MS Excel or CSV files.
Import / Export Members into a National Membership Registration systems i.e. IRFU, Rugby Canada, USA Rugby, England Hockey, BC Volleyball.
SportLoMo will identify your existing Members and will check for potential duplicates. Then gives you the option to merge, delete, amend duplicate persons/family members.
Allows easy update of new information for existing members (Change of email / Telephone / Address etc.)
Afterwards, Clubs can export data to a file specifically formatted for direct import to their national / league Databases.
Club Membership can be standalone or feed partial (select) data into parent body membership. This is decided by the Club.

Standard Member’s Processing fee
When an individual pays online for Membership or an Event they incur a 3.5% processing fee +50cents per transaction*
This is an all-inclusive fee, it includes Stripe fees, card fees and taxes.
Note: Clubs can opt to absorb the member’s processing fee if they choose.
